    How to check if your LEGO.com order went through

    If you're not sure whether your order was successful, check to see if you’ve received a confirmation email – it should arrive within a few hours. If you think your order might have gone through, try not to place it again or you might end up ordering double! Check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder if you still haven’t received the confirmation email after a few hours.

    If you’d rather not wait, you can use the ‘Check Order Status’ button on LEGO.com. If you were logged into your account when you placed the order, it should appear in the list of orders that shows up. You can also reach out to us to check on your order. Even if you weren’t given an order number, we can check whether we received the order from you.
