How can I make a report?
You can choose to make a report online or by phone.
Can I remain anonymous when sending a report?
The information you provide will be sent to the LEGO Group by NAVEX on a confidential basis. You can choose whether you want to share your name or not. Even if you remain anonymous, please use the secure login details you receive when making your report to log back in regularly. This enables us to communicate with you (for example to get more information or send you updates) while maintaining your anonymity.
What could be the benefit of not being anonymous?
We encourage you to provide your name and contact details in the report as sometimes it may be necessary to reach out for more information in order to successfully investigate the reported matter(s). If you, despite the confidential handling of your case, still wish to remain anonymous, please use the secure login details you receive when making your report to log back in regularly. This enables us to communicate with you (for example to get more information or send you updates) while maintaining your anonymity. Reports may be made on an anonymous basis, subject to country-specific laws.
How can I make sure that the information I hand in is handled confidentially?
All reports received through the LEGO® Compliance Speak-Up Line are handled confidentially by LEGO employees who are specially trained for these kinds of situations. Every reasonable effort will be made to maintain the confidentiality of the source of the report, within the limits allowed by law.
I am not sure if the issue that I have is really something worth looking into. Should I still submit a report?
All reports will be looked into and we would rather receive a report on something that turns out to be a non-issue than miss addressing an issue because it is not reported.
I have an emergency issue to report. Can I do that here?
The LEGO® Compliance Speak-Up Line is not an Emergency Service: Please do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, you must contact your local emergency services and/or authorities.
Can I report this externally?
If a report has already been submitted to the LEGO Group but there are concerns with actions (e.g. lack of follow-up concerns or retaliation concerns) and/or a belief that the reported breach may constitute an imminent or evident detriment to the public interest, whistleblowers can report the matter to the responsible external reporting channel in the relevant country where the actions are reported to have taken place. Nothing in the overall guidance here should be interpreted as preventing such external/public disclosure. An example of such an external reporting channel is the Whistleblowing - www.anticorruzione.it in Italy. See here for a list of others: How to File a Whistleblower Report in the EU | NAVEX

No tolerance of retaliation
We want you to feel comfortable in speaking up or asking for advice. The LEGO Group does not tolerate any retaliation against anyone reporting a problem or assisting in an investigation.
Speaking up, raising a concern and asking for help shows courage and sometimes what holds us back is a fear of the reaction of others. Any instance of retaliation against a Third Party for reporting a concern should be reported.
Please note that deliberate false accusations will not be tolerated. Further, reporting an issue will not absolve a Third Party from the consequences of their own misconduct.
