Payment Methods

We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express and Union Pay.
We don't accept purchase orders.

We’ll authorize your credit card at the time of your order. Your credit card won’t be charged until your order is shipped. As part of this authorization process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount of your order. The hold will be removed after a number of days determined by your banking institution. Check with your bank for details.

If you select PayPal as your payment method, you’ll be taken to their website to complete your purchase.

If you’d like the option to pay for your order in 4 interest-free payments, select ‘Pay in 4’ on the PayPal website.

We accept payment by Apple Pay on your Mac or Apple device. After making sure your order details are correct, choose Apple Pay as your payment method and complete your order with touch ID or by entering your passcode.

PayPal and/or Apple Pay customers will see an express checkout option when they finalize their order. Before finishing up, just make sure the correct billing and shipping address appears in your PayPal and/or Apple Pay account as that’s the info we’ll use to process your order.

We accept payment by Klarna in some countries and regions. You’ll be offered the option to pay with Klarna if it’s available in your country. You may be asked to verify your purchase through your bank before you can place your order and pay. Klarna can’t be used to purchase LEGO® gift cards. If you’re on the phone with one of our LEGO experts, you may be asked to pay for an order by clicking on a secure link that we send to you by email. The link will take you to a secure payment page, so you can enter your card details knowing that the transaction is protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption. The link is only valid for 24 hours, so be sure to click and pay before it expires.

We’ll authorize your credit card once you make the payment. As part of this authorization process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the order amount.

Payment for large orders must be made using a VISA, Mastercard or American Express credit or debit card. We’ll email you a secure link to submit payment. If you don’t submit payment within 7 days from the time you receive the email with link, your order will be cancelled and you may need to go through the review process again to reorder.

Delivery for large orders can take up to 7 weeks once payment is received.
