What’s a large order of LEGO® pieces and how can I place one?
A large order is any order that has more than 999 of any single piece from Pick a Brick. Orders can only be placed from March 1 to October 31 through Customer Service. If you can’t get your order placed during those dates, you can place multiple Pick a Brick orders any time of year to get the pieces you need.
If you’d like to submit a request for a large order, please contact us so we can send you an email with more details about what info you’ll need to provide.
After we receive and review your request, we’ll email to let you know if we can fulfill your request or not. If we can’t fulfill your request, we won’t be able to give specific details about why. Requests that are approved will be sent another email with a secure payment link.
