Returning parts orders

We’re sorry, but we aren’t able to accept returns for parts orders in the US, Canada or Mexico.

For Europe and Australia, you can contact us to return your Pick a Brick order. We’ll provide instructions on how to return the parts to us and we’ll email you a return label.

We’ll start processing your refund within 1-2 days after we get it back. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to reach your bank.

Keep in mind that we don’t accept partial returns on parts orders so you’ll need to return all the pieces at the same time.
