Alice Finch is an award-winning LEGO artist, designer, builder, educator, and author. Her creations combine intricate details with world building that tell stories, spark meaningful conversations, and connect people.
She works collaboratively with people of all ages and abilities, often in museums and schools where bricks are experienced as a meaningful creative medium through guided play, interactive builds, and educational workshops.
She also leads research and promotes ways to make the LEGO community more welcoming and equitable. She co-founded the Women’s Brick Initiative and the Brick Alliance, organizations working to highlight the importance of equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging across all aspects of the LEGO ecosystem.
Alice has always believed that LEGO has great potential to create communities, and that clutch can hold more than bricks together.
Alice holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching, LEGO Serious Play certification, and has published her own LEGO Architecture Idea book. Additionally, her work has been showcased in many official LEGO books, and she is one of the only women featured in "A LEGO Brickumentary".
