Delivery timeframes

Once your package leaves our warehouse a local courier will bring it right to your door! You can track most orders from the ‘Order Status’ page on LEGO.com, or in ‘My Orders’ when logged in to your LEGO® account.  

Check the info below to find delivery timeframes for LEGO.com orders including sets and other merchandise, Pick a Brick orders and Replacement pieces. All delivery times below are counted in business days, meaning weekends and holidays are excluded.

Pick a Brick orders and replacement pieces

 
Pick a Brick orders are shipped from Poland and will be delivered within 9 business days by your local courier. You’ll be able to track your order once your local courier has the package.  

 

Replacement pieces will be delivered in 9-12 business days by your local postal service.  

If your region isn't listed, it means that LEGO.com isn’t currently able to deliver to you, but we’re always looking to expand to more regions, so stay tuned! You're still able to request replacements for missing or broken pieces, which will arrive within 21-35 business days.
