Nike x LEGO® Collection Dunk

Our partnership is hitting the ground running… Actually, maybe that should be: the Nike x LEGO® partnership is hitting the court dunking, because we’re launching our collab with a new set based on an iconic Nike Dunk. A sneaker that’s been seen on basketball courts, skate parks, dance floors and everywhere else.

The Nike x LEGO Collection Dunk allows you to build on a truly legendary sneaker.

The Nike Dunk was first launched waaay back in 1985. They started out as a basketball shoe (clue is in the name, really) that gave players around the world the perfect balance of high-flying performance and slick, understated style.

Soon though, the Dunks weren’t just seen flying towards the rim, they were also seen turning kickflips and ollies.

In the 1990s, as skateboarding became more widespread, the Dunk quickly became one of the most popular sneakers in bowls and halfpipes around the world.

Now, it can also be seen in LEGO bricks in a collectible, customizable set that is going to be one of the hottest sneaker drops of the year.

The set features a displayable brick-built Nike Dunk shoe in blue on white that matches the first time the shoe was released back in the day. The set also has a rotatable brick basketball toy and iconic Dunk 3D letters.

But there’s more to this than meets the eye. Open up the tongue of the sneaker to reveal a hidden compartment perfect for storing your championship rings or favorite b’ball laces.

You can even customize the laces, with two included colors for whenever you feel like a swap-out.

Included with the sneaker is an exclusive B’Ball Head minifigure rocking their own Nike drip and some Nike Dunks that match the Nike Dunk model.

B’Ball Head sports the number 32 on the front of their jersey, a nod to the year the founder of the LEGO Group first started making toys. On the back is the number 72, referencing the year Nike first released shoes.
