    What to do if you can't remember how to sign in to LEGO® Insiders

    If you can’t log back in to LEGO® Insiders, we’ve made it super easy to get back in!

    Click or tap on ‘Sign in’ at the top right of LEGO.com, then click or tap on it again in the pop-up window. 

    From there, click or tap 'Forgot username'. Enter your email address to retrieve the username(s) on your LEGO Account. 

    To get a new password, enter your username or email address. An email will then be sent to you with details on how to reset your password.

    After signing in, you’ll know you’re in because you’ll see your points balance at the top right of LEGO.com.
