Trouble redeeming LEGO® Insiders points and rewards
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to redeem your LEGO Insider points or add a reward to your shopping bag at checkout. Be sure of these things if you’re having trouble:
• Check that you’re logged into the right account.
• Be sure you’re shopping in the correct region on LEGO.com. The region must match where your account is registered.
• Double-check you have enough points for the reward you’re trying to redeem.
• Make sure you’re only adding one reward to your order. If you’ve redeemed multiple rewards, you’ll need to place more than one order.
• Check that the reward code hasn’t expired. Codes are valid for 60 days.
Insiders rewards are available while supplies last. If you’re not seeing a reward automatically apply to your order, it’s possible it’s already sold out.
