Delivery timeframes

Once your package leaves our warehouse, a local courier will bring it right to your door! You can track most orders from the 'Order Status’ page on LEGO.com, or in ‘My Orders’ when logged in to your LEGO® account.

  Check the info below to find delivery timeframes for LEGO.com orders including sets and other merchandise, Pick a Brick orders and Replacement pieces. All delivery times below are counted in business days, meaning weekends and holidays are excluded.  

United States

LEGO.com orders: 

 

Pick a Brick orders and replacement pieces:  

 

Tracking is not available for Pick a Brick Standard and replacement pieces. 

Express, Express Saver and UPS Access Point deliveries are not available for Pick a Brick orders.  

 

Canada

Tracking is not available for Pick a Brick Standard and replacement pieces. 

Shipping to PO Boxes is not available for orders to Canada.
