Damaged pieces in new LEGO® sets
Quality is at the heart of everything we do and our guiding motto has always been ‘Only the best is good enough’. If you’ve got a brand-new LEGO® set with a broken, cracked or damaged piece, let us know so we can send you a replacement as soon as possible.
To request replacement pieces, head over to Broken Bricks. Simply search for the piece you need using the set number and tell us what’s wrong with it so our quality team can follow up.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the piece for a closer inspection, so please don’t throw it away just yet! Occasionally, we might also request a copy of your receipt.
