Minifigure Factory orders will be sent like normal LEGO.com orders. If you ordered a LEGO set at the same time as your minifigure, you should receive both together.

The colors on your monitor may look slightly different from the printed minifigure, as color settings can vary between computers. To make your text stand out, try choosing contrasting colors when using the LEGO character creator.

As this is a personalized product, we'll only accept returns if there is something wrong with your order.

The cost of creating your very custom LEGO minifigure with the Minifigure Factory is $11.99 USD. This price lets you pick all the cool parts you want and even add your own unique designs and text! Prices may vary a little depending on where you are, so be sure to check out the Minifigure Factory page on LEGO.com for the latest info before you hit that “Add to Bag” button and bring your awesome creation to life!

Yes. We want you to have fun with your creations, but we also need them to be respectful and kind.

Designs or wording about the following topics won’t be approved:

Bullying and harassment: We don't tolerate anyone being shamed, bullied, threatened, trolled, intimidated or harassed.

Hateful content: Anything that praises, promotes, glorifies, or supports any hateful ideology

Profanity and slurs: Anything featuring swearing, negative stereotypes or caricatures.

Political content: Politics and political symbols, campaigns or movements.

Religious content: Religious references including symbols, buildings or people.

Inappropriate content: Anything depicting physical harm, glorifying self-harm, or featuring pornographic/nude content.

Sharing personal information: Publicly revealing anyone’s personal information is not allowed (such as phone numbers or email addresses).

Violent content and gore: Encouraging, promoting or glorifying killing, crime, violence, or violent extremism.

Illegal and restricted activities: Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia.

External advertising: Don’t promote other brands or their products within your designs or content.

Designs that do not pass these guidelines will be canceled from your order. You will not be charged.

We're currently able to support text written in English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin.

The LEGO Group reserves the right to refuse printing and any handout/distribution for any reason, including, but not limited to, any content that depicts, references, or suggest any of the following:

1. Bullying and Harassment: No content that shames, bullies, threatens, trolls, intimidates, or harasses anyone.

2. Hateful Content: No content that praises, promotes, glorifies, or supports any hateful ideology. 

3. Profanity and Slurs: No swearing, negative stereotypes, or caricatures.

4. Political Content: No political symbols, campaigns, or movements. 

5. War and Conflict: No references to past or existing conflicts. 

6. Religious Content: No religious references including symbols, buildings, or people.

7. Inappropriate Content: No depictions of physical harm, self-harm, or pornographic/nude content.

8. Sharing Personal Contact Information: No public revelation of personal information (such as phone numbers or email addresses), or third-party personal data. 

9. Violent Content and Gore: No content that encourages, promotes, or glorifies killing, crime, violence, or violent extremism.

10. Illegal and Restricted Activities: No references to illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.

11. External Advertising: No promotion of other brands or their products.

12. Celebrities and Third-Party Rights: No depictions of celebrities, famous people, or content that infringes on third-party rights.

13. Other Unsuitable Content: Any other content that the LEGO Group deems unsuitable.

The LEGO Group reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that the LEGO Group believes violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the service, the LEGO Group, or third parties, or for any other reason. 

You agree to the foregoing terms and conditions, and, including when designing, will be compliant with the requirements described above.

By submitting your design, you grant to the LEGO Group a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, fully paid, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, alter, transmit, create derivative works and distribute the design, in whole or in part, for the purposes of creating your LEGO® Minifigure Factory. You accept that we may retain your personal information to confirm your statements.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole owner, author and creator of the design. 

• The use of your design by the LEGO Group will not infringe the rights of any third party. 

• You have the right to enter into this agreement and are not restricted by any commitments to third parties. 

• No additional rights or consent are required to grant these rights to the LEGO Group.

The LEGO Group has sole discretion over the use of your design and makes no guarantees that the final product will appear or function as expected or promised.

You hereby authorize the LEGO Group to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute your design for any lawful purpose and you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. You also waive any moral rights in the content and hold the LEGO Group harmless from all claims related to this authorization.
