    There’s a strange thing that happens when adults start to talk about building with LEGO® bricks. A simple comment like, ‘Well, I’m actually getting back into LEGO building,’ can trigger a, ‘Oh that’s great! What are you building?’ response.

    Before you know it the conversation then flows, topics like ‘Did you know there’s a Colosseum set?’ or ‘Have you tried building the new LEGO Art set?’

    And that’s great, because, after all, who wouldn’t want to have their own LEGO version of Hokusai’s The Great Wave on their wall – but at the same time, these conversations lead us towards an assumption that LEGO building is all about following instructions and ‘getting it right’, somehow.
