How we support our people

We provide colleagues with workplace conditions, meaningful work and targeted support that nurtures mental wellbeing.

COMMUNITY
We provide safe physical and virtual spaces, play and volunteering opportunities for us to build communities, connect and support each other.

We provide inclusive and accessible workplaces that inspire fun and creativity. Where we can feel well, safe to be brave, curious and focused and thrive in our work life.
Building wellbeing for everyone
We want everyone to feel empowered and well-prepared to take care of themselves and support others. We see an exciting opportunity to continue evolving our measurement of workplace wellbeing in line with best practices. We launched a new Wellbeing Index in our bi-annual Pulse surveys. Our index takes a science-based approach to measuring colleague workplace wellbeing and was validated with experts in the field, including Oxford’s Wellbeing Research Center.

Our Global Colleague Assistance Program
The assistance program is a 24/7 service provided in partnership with TELUS Health and it’s a central part of our approach to wellbeing. Open to all LEGO colleagues and their immediate families, it provides professional and confidential support for a broad range of issues they may be facing in their lives.
