We make LEGO Stores the most inspiring and fun places in retail. Our Retail colleagues are play experts with the knowledge to help every customer find the perfect gift (or present for themselves). Joining us means helping people, sparking imaginations and sharing the LEGO fun with customers of all ages.

Roles in our retail stores

In every one of our stores, you’ll find a group of talented people working together to create the perfect customer experience. Here are some of the roles our teams are made of.

Sales Associates
In some countries, we call these roles ‘Brick Specialists’. From the warm welcome you give to the product insights you share, you’ll be the reason every customer who walks into your store leaves with a smile.
Supervisor
Behind the scenes or out on the shop floor, you’ll support your team and help the store deliver inspirational retail experiences that are rooted in our LEGO brand values.
Assistant Store Manager
It’ll be your job to help the Store Manager make every part of the store run like clockwork – from team performance to customer happiness.
Store Manager
Leading by example and looking after your team, you’ll make sure your store reflects the LEGO belief that only the best is good enough.

The LEGO Brand Retail recruitment experience

In retail, we do things a bit differently. We’ve included the main points below, but your experience may vary depending on the role you’re applying for and the region you’re in.

For Sales Associate (in some countries, these roles are referred to as ‘Brick Specialists’) and Supervisor roles, expect a combination of online and in-person meetings.
For Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager roles, expect an initial phone call, followed by an assessment center with exercises, a presentation and a face-to-face interview.
