If you place your order by 12pm ET, in-stock items will ship the very next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

• 3-5 business days.
• Orders up to $25 have a shipping cost of $4.95.
• Orders from $25.01 to $34.99 have a shipping cost of $6.95.
• Orders of $35 or more ship free.
• We can only send items containing batteries to a physical address or UPS Access Point®. If you provide a PO Box, APO or FPO address at checkout and your order includes one or more of these items, your order will be placed on hold until you contact us with a physical address.

Order cancellations
You’ll be able to cancel your order until it reaches the ‘In Warehouse’ status. To find out where your order is on its journey, check your account page.

Returns
All unopen returns or exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt of your order.
