Payment methods we accept
Paying for your order is easy! All payment methods listed below can be used to buy LEGO® sets, replacement parts and Pick A Brick orders.
Paying by credit or debit card
The payment cards we accept are different depending on the country where you’re shopping. However, you can pay using MasterCard® and Visa® no matter which country you’re in. We accept American Express in the United States and Canada, and we also accept Discover and China Union Pay in the United States. Your credit card won’t be charged until your order has been shipped. You can shop with confidence from LEGO.com, since all purchases are protected by the highest level of security via encryption (for more info, click here).
We’ll authorize your credit card at the time of your order. As part of this authorization process, your bank will temporarily hold the funds needed for your order. The hold will be removed after a number of days determined by your bank—check with them for details.
Make sure the credit card you use has the correct billing address or we won’t be able to process the payment. You can choose a different delivery address at checkout.
Paying with PayPal
Another option you have is to pay using PayPal. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website to log in to your account. You’ll then be returned to LEGO.com to complete the checkout process.
We use the SSL standard, which means that we protect all the information you submit through PayPal with strong encryption.
Paying with Apple Pay
If you’d like to pay using Apple Pay, you can! You’ll have it as an option during checkout.
Paying with a LEGO Gift Card or LEGO E-Gift Card
If you’re the lucky recipient of a LEGO Gift Card, you can use it to pay for your order! You can use your gift card during step 3 of checkout. Expand the “Gift Card” field where it will ask you for the gift card number and PIN code. The PIN code is located on the back of the gift card in a silver box–gently scratching the silver covering away with a coin will reveal the code.
If you’re paying with a LEGO E-Gift card, the process is exactly the same except the PIN code is in the E-Gift card email.
Using a LEGO Insiders Discount
If you’re a LEGO Insider and have enough points, you’ll be able to use them for a discount during checkout.
You can find the steps to use your Insiders discount here.
