Customs, duties and taxes

When you make a purchase on LEGO.com, any applicable customs and duties, as well as an estimate of sales tax, is included in the order total you see when you click ‘checkout’. The exact amount of sales tax charged will be calculated when you submit your order, and the final total will be listed in your order confirmation email. There’s no need to worry about any additional or unexpected charges!

If you’re placing an order for a tax-exempt organization, you’ll need to call us to place your order. We’ll place the order on hold and give you info about emailing your tax-exempt form to us. When we get the form, we’ll remove the tax from your order and release it for processing within 1-2 business days.
