BrickLink® Designer Program shipping

Pre-ordering and arrival time

BrickLink® Designer Program (BDP) sets are different from other sets we sell. One big difference is that the sets are produced in our factory after pre-orders have been placed. The entire process from the time you place your pre-order until the time you receive your set takes about 6 months.

Sets shipping to Asia-Pacific locations (Australia, Japan and Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, New Zealand) will usually take longer to reach local warehouses before making their way to you.

Updating your shipping address

We know 6 months is a long time to wait for an order, and in that time, we understand addresses might change.

If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We’ll need your name, order number, your billing address, your old shipping address and your new shipping address so please have that info ready. If you previously ordered with PayPal and have since moved, we’ll have to take payment again by credit card.

Changing the shipping status on your order
