3. Eligibility: 

To enter this Sweepstakes you must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in the entrant’s state/province/country of residence (whichever is greater), a resident of an eligible country, and a LEGO Insiders member, which requires a valid LEGO Insiders account. If you do not have a LEGO Insiders account, you may sign up for one at https://www.lego.com/insiders. Terms and Conditions apply.

Eligible countries:

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) (“Eligible Countries”).

You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee, partner or immediate family member of an employee of the Sponsor, a company in the LEGO Group of companies, or any third-party company or agency directly connected with the creation or administration of this Sweepstakes.

4. Entry Period:

 You must submit your entry within the Entry Period which begins 6/19/2026 05:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), and ends 7/31/2026 10:59 AM EDT (“Entry Period”). Any entries received after the end of the Entry Period shall not be valid. All entries are final, and no points will be refunded.

5. How to enter: 

No purchase necessary. Entering this Sweepstakes costs 0 LEGO Insiders points. You will receive one (1) entry by completing the following steps during the Entry Period:

• Create a LEGO Insiders account or use an existing LEGO Insiders account.
• Go to LEGO.com/member/wishlist and select an existing wish list or create a new wish list.
• Click “Enter Sweepstakes” and then select your chosen wish list.
• The Terms and Conditions will be presented to the entrant, and the entrant must read and confirm that they have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions prior to entering the sweepstakes.
• Click “Submit” to finish submitting your entry to the sweepstakes.

Limitation on entry: One (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Only the first entry will be included. All entries beyond the first will be disqualified. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning the prize.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the winning entry will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the LEGO Insiders account, and any potential winner may be required to provide sufficient evidence to show that they are the authorized account holder of that email address.

6. Selection of Potential Winners and odds of winning: 

“Potential Winner(s)” is deemed to be an eligible participant to this Sweepstakes who has been selected to potentially win a prize, however the final determination and confirmation of the prize is pending on a verification and eligibility check.

The Potential Winners will be selected by using a randomized algorithm. The selection process will take place at LEGO Company Ltd’s office in the United Kingdom for operational purposes on behalf of the Sponsor at approximately 12:00 noon BST on 8/14/2026. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

7. Certification of Potential Winners: 

The Potential Winner will be contacted by email through [email protected] to the Entrant’s email address as of 8/14/2026 and be required to complete and return a Winner’s Certification message by email within ten (10) days from the date of notification. The Winner’s Certification message must be consisting of (i) a statement of eligibility and prize acceptance; (ii) a release of liability (except where prohibited by law); (iii) a publicity release (except where prohibited by law); and (iv) any additional information as required by local applicable law. Upon receipt of the fully executed Winner’s Certification message, and following confirmation by the Judges, the Potential Winner will be certified as the winner (“Winner(s)”).

If the Potential Winner cannot be contacted, has not claimed their Prize within ten (10) days from notification, or fails to properly return the required Winner’s Certification message, a new Potential Winner will be selected at random from all remaining valid Entries received before the end of the Entry Period, in accordance with the selection procedure above.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR PRIZE DRAWS IN CANADA: in accordance with Canadian law, each Potential Winner of a Prize Draw held in Canada will need to answer a skill-testing question correctly in order to be awarded a prize. The skill-testing question will be a mathematical problem of a difficulty appropriate to the age of the Potential Winner.

8. Prize: 

In each Eligible Country, One (1) Winner will receive LEGO products from their wish list, with the prize's approximate retail value varying based on the wish list but capped at a maximum amount per market as described below.

ELIGIBLE COUNTRY: MAXIMUM WISH LIST VALUE

Canada: $1,000 CAD (One Thousand Canadian Dollars)

United States: $1,000 USD (One Thousand United States Dollars)

Total value: The total approximate retail value of all Prizes is subject to variation based on the winners' wish lists but shall not exceed the specified maximum amount across all markets.

Eligible country: TOTAL Approximate Retail Value of all prizes ACROSS ALL Markets

Canada: $2,000 CAD (Two Thousand Canadian Dollars)

United States: $2,000 USD (Two Thousand United States Dollars)

If your wish list exceeds the capped amount, and you are selected as a Winner, we will select items on your wish list at random until we reach the capped amount, or the selection of another item will result in the limit being exceeded. Therefore, be careful in your selection of items on your wish list.

The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Prize is subject to availability and the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of approximately equal or greater value. One (1) Prize will be awarded in each eligible country listed above. If any Winner cannot comply with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternative winner will be chosen at random from all remaining valid Entries received before the end of the Entry Period, in accordance with the selection procedure above. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited and will remain the property of the Sponsor.

9. Additional rules 

• This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube, and these companies bear no liability in relation to this Sweepstakes.
• If you are the Winner, you agree that the Sponsor may use your first name and town or country of residence to announce the Winner of this Sweepstakes.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entry materials, or for entries not received prior to the entry deadline.
• The Sponsor shall not have any liability and does not accept any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by Entrants of this Sweepstake to the extent permitted by law. Nothing shall exclude the Sponsor’s liability for death and personal injury as a result of the Sponsor’s negligence.
• Any entry made or attempted in a manner that, in the Sponsor’s reasonable opinion, is contrary to the spirit of these Official Rules, or by its nature is unfair to other Entrants, will be invalid and may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
• Reporting prize winnings and paying any applicable taxes, government fees and other expenses resulting from winning a prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner(s) unless otherwise stated; Winners are encouraged to check local tax implications.
• Winners should be aware that their winnings from this Sweepstakes may be subject to taxation in their respective country. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner(s) to comply with all applicable tax law and report their winnings to the appropriate authorities. 
• The Sponsor will not withhold any taxes from the prize, and the Sponsor will not be responsible for providing tax advice or guidance. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Winners acknowledge and agree that they will be solely responsible for any tax liabilities that may arise from their prize winnings. Where necessary, the Sponsor can provide the necessary documentation to the Winners, such as a prize declaration, to assist with their tax reporting.
• Failure to comply with relevant tax law or failure to report prize winnings may result in legal consequences, fines, or penalties, and the Sponsor will not be held liable for any such consequences.
• These Official Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Official Rules, including reference to the choice of law, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

You must submit your entry within the Entry Period which begins 5/22/2026 00:00 British Summer Time (BST) and 5/21/2026 19:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), and ends 6/26/2026 23:59 BST and 18:59 EDT (“Entry Period”). Any entries received after the end of the Entry Period shall not be valid. All entries are final, and no points will be refunded.

5. How to enter: 

Go to LEGO.com/insiders/rewards during the Entry Period and select the “Win a LEGO® Batman™: Legacy of the Dark Knight Bundle!” Sweepstake (“Online Entry”). Entering this Sweepstake through LEGO.com/insiders/rewards costs 20 LEGO Insiders points per Online Entry.
You can also enter this Sweepstake without using LEGO Insiders points by mailing an envelope with entry cards that include your membership account details of full name, full postal address, and LEGO Insiders account number referencing “Win a LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight Bundle! sweepstake” with sufficient postage to the following address C/O – OST Consumer Services LEGO Insiders 001, LEGO Company Ltd, 33 Bath Rd, Slough SL1 3UF, United Kingdom (“Mailed Entry” and collectively with Online Entry “Entries”). You are permitted to include up to a maximum of fifty (50) Mailed Entry requests per envelope. Mailed Entries must be postmarked by 6/26/2026 and received before 7/10/2026. Failure to include sufficient postage may result in disqualification.

Limitation on entry: Fifty (50) Entries per person during the Entry Period. Only the first fifty (50) entries by using LEGO Insiders points, or by mail will be included. All entries beyond the first fifty – whether made by mail or by use of points – will be disqualified. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning the Prize.

Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the winning entry will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the LEGO Insiders account, and any potential winner may be required to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of that email address.

6. Selection of Potential Winners and odds of winning: 

“Potential Winner(s)” is deemed to be an eligible participant to this Sweepstake who has been selected to potentially win a prize, however the final determination and confirmation of the prize is pending on a verification and eligibility check.

The Potential Winners will be selected by using a randomized algorithm. The selection process will take place at LEGO Company Ltd’s office in the United Kingdom for operational purposes on behalf of the Sponsor at approximately 12:00 noon BST on 7/20/2026. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

7. Certification of Potential Winners: 

The Potential Winner will be contacted by e-mail through [email protected] to the Entrant’s email address as of 7/20/2026 and be required to complete and return a Winner’s Certification message by email within ten (10) days from the date of notification. The Winner’s Certification message must be consisting of (i) a statement of eligibility and prize acceptance; (ii) a release of liability (except where prohibited by law); (iii) a publicity release (except where prohibited by law); and (iv) any additional information as required by local applicable law. Upon receipt of the fully executed Winner’s Certification message, and following confirmation by the Judges, the Potential Winner will be certified as the winner (“Winner(s)”).

If the Potential Winner cannot be contacted, has not claimed their Prize within ten (10) days from notification, or fails to properly return the required Winner’s Certification message, a new Potential Winner will be selected at random from all remaining valid Entries received before the end of the Entry Period, in accordance with the selection procedure above.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR PRIZE DRAWS IN CANADA: in accordance with Canadian law, each Potential Winner of a Prize Draw held in Canada will need to answer a skill-testing question correctly in order to be awarded a prize. The skill-testing question will be a mathematical problem of a difficulty appropriate to the age of the Potential Winner.
