Promotional Terms & Conditions LEGO® Insiders

1. This Promotion is open to legal residents of Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (excluding French Overseas Departments or Territories, and the Principality of Monaco), Germany (excluding Heligoland), Greece, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, the Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), and the 50 states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia (“USA”) aged 18 or over or the age of majority in the entrant’s state/providence/country of residence (whichever is greater). Employees, any partner or immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter, a company in the LEGO Group of companies, or any third-party company or agency directly connected with the creation or administration of this Promotion are prohibited from entering.

2. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a LEGO® Insiders account are required.

4. Promotion Period: Enter between 14:15 GMT (09:15 AM EST / 15:15 CET / 16:15 EET) on the 12 January 2026 and 23:59 GMT (06:59 PM EST) on the 27 February 2026 (00:59 CET / 01:59 EET on the 28 February 2026) inclusive.

5. How to enter for a chance to win: Each week during the Promotion Period, there will be between 2 - 7 new LEGO® Pokémon™ codes (each a “Code”) released and will be hidden across:

a. www.LEGO.com pages,

b. @LEGO social media posts,

c. Pokémon Go App,

d. www.pokemon.com pages,

e. www.pokemoncenter.com pages, and

f. The videos of: www.youtube.com/AustinJohnPlays, www.youtube.com/@ShinyCatherine, www.youtube.com/channel/UCF067gO0IWb6y4tyzAeK4Nw and www.youtube.com/@Ethan.The.Artisan.

Once a Code has been released, it will remain hidden and available to find throughout the remainder of the Promotion Period. 30 Codes will be hidden in total. Entrants must find a Code, visit www.LEGO.com/pokemon-lineup, log onto their LEGO® Insiders account (or create one) and input their Code in the banner to gain 1 entry into the Prize Draw. Upon inputting a valid code, the entrant will also receive 1 Reward based on the code inputted. Entrants will receive 1 additional entry into the Prize Draw for every unique Code found, up to a maximum of 30. LEGO® Insiders membership required. Sign up at LEGO.com/insiders. 6. A maximum of 30 entries are permitted per person during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize. No person may receive more than 30 Rewards.

7. The Rewards: Each valid entrant will receive 1 x Exclusive Digital Art Social media bragging card for the individual character unlocked, ARV: USD $0.01 (or local market equivalent).

8. Odds of Winning: Your odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. The campaign platform is created by LEGO System A/S a company registered at Aastvej 1, DK-7190 Billund, Denmark, with a central business registration number of 47458714. Winners will be selected by and Prizes will be delivered by PromoVeritas Ltd (the “Prize fulfilment agency”), a company registered in United Kingdom, registered under company number 04437132, having its principal place of business at Monument House, 215 Marsh Road, Pinner, HA5 5NE.

10. The Prizes: All eligible markets will share a Prize pool. There will be a total of 10 winners from the shared Prize pool. Each winner will win one of the following:

a. Tier 1 Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 3 x LEGO® Pokémon™ sets consisting of 1 x Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise (72153) set, 1 x Pikachu and Poké Ball (72152) set and 1 x Eevee (72151) set (approximate retail value (“ARV”): USD $909.97 / €781.65 / CAD $1,272.37 / DKK 5,839.15 / NOK 9,097.52 / SEK 8,527.70 / CHF 724.06 / £681.82 in total) and 1 x trip to San Francisco, USA on 27 – 31 August 2026 in order to attend the Pokémon World Championships for the winner and 4 guests including:

i. Return economy flights from an international airport in the winner’s home country/close to the winner’s home address to San Francisco, subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion;

ii. 4 nights’ accommodation in either 2 or 3 standard double rooms at a minimum 4* hotel, subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion;

iii. 5 x multi-day pass tickets with Arena Access to the Pokémon World Championships on 28 – 30 August 2026; and

iv. Return transfers from the winner’s home address for the winner and 4 guests to the airport and within San Francisco (from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the Pokémon World Championships).

c. Tier 3 Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x LEGO® Pokémon™ Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise (72153) set (ARV: USD $649.99 / €558.33 / CAD $908.85 / DKK 4,170.89 / NOK 6,498.34 / SEK 6,091.32 / CHF 517.20 / £487.02).

d. Tier 4 Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x LEGO® Pokémon™ Pikachu and Poké Ball (72152) set (ARV: USD $199.99 / €171.79 / CAD $279.64 / DKK 1,283.31 / NOK 1,999.42 / SEK 1,874.19 / CHF 159.13 / £149.85).

e. Tier 5 Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x LEGO® Pokémon™ Eevee (72151) set (ARV: USD $59.99 / €51.53 / CAD $83.88 / DKK 384.95 / NOK 599.76 / SEK 562.19 / CHF 47.73 / £44.95).

f. Tier 6 Prizes: There will be a total of 5 winners. Each winner will win 1 x 10,000 LEGO® Insiders points, which is approximately USD $76 / €66 / CAD $100 / DKK 500 / NOK 666 / SEK 666 / CHF 76 / £62.

All conversion rates from USD are correct based on exchange rates at the time of drafting.

11. Total Prize Pool ARV:

a. If the Tier 1 Prize winner is European, the total Prize pool ARV is: USD $11,053.37 / €9,499.09 / CAD $15,301.20 / DKK 70,986.51 / NOK 111,085.71 / SEK 103,232.01 / CHF 8,971.66 / £8,315.70.

b. If the Tier 1 Prize winner is North American, the total Prize pool ARV is: USD $7,249.53 / €6,231.15 / CAD $10,035.12 / DKK 46,578.85 / NOK 72,601.05 / SEK 67,620.90 / CHF 5,901.87 / £5,460.83.

12. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

a. Tier 1 Prize:

i. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Prize fulfilment agency and the winner. During this process, the winner will be required to share the necessary details of their 4 guests. The Prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates, locations and activities are confirmed, these cannot be amended or altered by the winner.

ii. At least one person travelling must be over the age of 21. If the winner is not aged over 21, one of their guests must be. Any other guests may be aged under 18. All guests aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult with their parent/guardian’s consent.

iii. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. The event organisers and all companies associated with the Prize reserve the right in their absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guests from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the event organisers or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner or their guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoters, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue, or the remainder of the Prize being forfeited.

iv. The winner and their guests must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which form part of their Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the event/venue.

v. The winner will not receive any compensation if their Prize is worth less than the stated ARV. The total Prize value will be dependent on factors such as the winner’s country of residence.

vi. Tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available. If the winner is unable to attend or cancels the booking after confirming acceptance of the Prize, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund of any expenses incurred will be provided.

vii. Direct flights may not be available, and indirect flights may be provided. The route is determined at the Promoter’s discretion.

viii. Dependent upon the winner’s home address, the Promoter reserves the right to provide alternate appropriate transport to San Francisco.

ix. Airline seats are subject to availability.

x. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer.

xi. The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage.

xii. Flight extras are not included in the Prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks).

xiii. Travel must be taken at the stated times; no alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight seats once confirmed are not permitted.

xiv. The winner and their guests must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same rooms in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any Prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner. All elements must be taken together.

xv. The Promoter will pay the cost of the standard rooms plus related room taxes.

xvi. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your rooms and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in- room calls or services.

xvii. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.

xviii. For any winner excluding US residents: The winner and their guests will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel. For a US resident: The winner and their guests may require an official form of ID to travel. For all winners: Any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guests. In the event the winner or their guests are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.

xix. The Prize will be forfeited if:

1. the winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;

2. the winner has any travel/immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within pre-booked period; or

3. the winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.

xx. The winner may forfeit the involvement of their guest(s) if any guest fails to comply with the requirements in clause 12.a.xix.1 and 12.a.xix.2, determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

xxi. It will be the winner’s and their guests' responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.

xxii. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the Prize.

xxiii. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the any part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.

xxv. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

xxvi. Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.

xxvii. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.

b. LEGO® sets (Tier 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 Prizes):

i. The winners will receive their LEGO® sets via post.

ii. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.

iii. The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.

c. Tier 6 Prizes:

i. The LEGO® Insiders points will be added directly to the winner’s LEGO® Insiders account.

13. Winner Selection: 1 provisional Tier 1 winner, 1 provisional Tier 2 winner, 1 provisional Tier 3 winner, 1 provisional Tier 4 winner, 1 provisional Tier 5 winner and 5 provisional Tier 6 winners (all “provisional winners”) will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by an independent party, the Prize fulfilment agency, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

14. Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be contacted by the mailbox [email protected] to the email address linked with their LEGO® Insiders account within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Further, for residents of Canada, the notification email will include a mathematical skill-testing question, which the provisional winner must correctly answer via reply email as a condition of Prize receipt. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, a provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve winner selected by a random draw of all remaining valid entries received during the Promotion Period in the same manner described in clause 13. Reserve winners will be contacted pursuant to the procedure set up in this clause 14. Reserve winners may have less time to respond depending on time constraints, the deadline will be provided in the notification email. 

15. For US residents only: Upon the request of the Promoter, any provisional winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Waiver of Liability and, except where prohibited by applicable law, Publicity Release Forms (collectively, the “Release Forms”) within 14 days after the date such Release Forms are sent to the potential winner, in accordance with the Promoter’s instructions. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days or provide the Release Forms, as applicable, within the requested time period, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner. If a provisional winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner, time permitting.

16. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter within a further 28 days by visiting the Contact Us page on

If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

17. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the first initial, surname and region of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.lego.com/insiders/insiders-past-winners. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to any relevant regulator or body on reasonable request to comply with all relevant rules and legislation currently in force when requested by them.

18. Tax Obligations:

a. For US residents only: The fair market value of any Prize amount valued at or over USD $600 will be reported on IRS form 1099-misc and issued to the recipient. Tax identity information will be collected by completing IRS form W-9 for all winners of Prizes awarded which are valued at or over USD $600.

b. For residents of all other participating countries (excluding US residents): There may be additional or equivalent tax forms required to be issued based on the winner’s country of origin. A winner may be required to sign and return certain tax documentation. Where applicable, the Promoter may require the winner to provide additional tax information, as required by law. Unless otherwise specified, all winners will be responsible for any applicable taxes related to the acceptance of any Prize.

19. The Promoter may request that the winners/entrants participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s/entrant’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize/Reward Acceptance.

20. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any term of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Terms & Conditions and the Promotion details contained in any Promotion materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, or any other Promotion media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

21. Limitation of Liability for all entrants excluding residents of the US and Canada: By participating in this Promotion, entrants and winners agree that the Promoter and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, fulfilment and marketing agencies, website providers and each their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents (the “Released Parties”) shall not have any liability for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing shall exclude the Released Parties’ liability for death and personal injury as a result of the Released Parties’ negligence.

22. Limitation of Liability for residents of the US and Canada only: By participating in this Promotion, entrants and winners agree that the Promoter and each of the Released Parties are, to the extent permitted by law, not responsible for:

a. Lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, undeliverable e-mail notifications, or postal mail;

b. any computer, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability;

c. garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/UseNet accessibility, availability or traffic congestion;

d. any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error;

e. the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information;

f. any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Promotion;

g. any property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action;

h. any and all federal, state and local taxes;

i. entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with the Terms & Conditions; and

j. for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss, punitive or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

THIS PROMOTION AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

23. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

24. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize/Reward awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize/Reward may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

25. The Prizes/Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize/Reward or any element of a Prize/Reward is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize/Reward or element of the Prize/Reward for another of equal or greater value.

26. The Promoter is not responsible for any undelivered messages or e-mails, including without limitation, e-mails that are not received because of an entrant’s privacy or spam filter settings that may divert any winner notification or other Promotion related e-mail to a spam or junk folder.

27. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the scavenger hunt site, any applicable entry site or Code-hiding site.

28. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Terms & Conditions; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Terms & Conditions; (iii) to the extent permitted by law, to waive all of their rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion; and (iv) to the extent permitted by law, to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Promotion, including, but not limited to, any Promotion-related activity or element thereof, participation or inability to participate in the Promotion; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or wilful misconduct in connection with the use of a Prize (or any component thereof); (d) any change in the Promotion or prizing (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or wilful misconduct by the entrant.

If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and or feasibility of the Promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations or any delay in performing their obligations within these Terms & Conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, earthquake, explosion, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence).

32. The latest possible deadline for all Prize submissions is: 22 May 2026.

Estonian residents only: Please submit your written complaints and requests in regard to the Promotion via the Contact Us page on LEGO®’s website: www.LEGO.com/et-ee/service/contact-us and the Promoter will respond with 14 days of initial contact. Complaints and requests can be filed until 22 May 2026. As is permitted by Estonian law, the Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
