With Caregiver Leave, every LEGO® colleague can take paid time off from day one of their employment to be with their loved ones when they’re needed most.

In these episodes, you’ll hear why we created the policy — and from the colleagues who’ve experienced it firsthand. They reflect on the moments they’ve had to navigate, both personally and professionally. Their stories are powerful, emotional, and unscripted — shared in their own words.

Minifigures. Massive Stories brings to life how LEGO colleagues experience our benefits, culture, and some of the highlights of being part of the LEGO team.

For the series we’ve teamed up with real colleagues and helped them transform into their very own LEGO Minifigures. From head and hair to body, legs, and hands, every element was carefully chosen and built together.

Once their Minifigure transformation was complete, we invited them to share their personal stories. The result is a series that’s playful with some deeply moving moments but above all, it’s their story, told from behind the bricks. Stay tuned for more in this series.
