Vincent Warnery is CEO of Beiersdorf, AG. He joined the LEGO A/S Board in May 2026.

Vincent became CEO of Beiersdorf, AG in 2021 after serving as a Member of its Executive Board for five years. Prior to this he was Senior Vice President, Consumer Healthcare for French pharmaceutical company, SANOFI and spent 15 years at L’Oreal in general management roles in France, Germany, Latin America and Japan. He has also worked for Barcardi-Martini and began his career in marketing at Procter & Gamble.

He has extensive experience working with family-owned businesses and has previously served as a non-executive director of Danish pharmaceutical company, ALK‑Abelló

Vincent holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School, France.
