Parental leave

By supporting families, parents, and caregivers in the workplace, we can make a meaningful difference—one that also contributes to positive child development. Through our Extended Parental Leave, LEGO® colleagues can take up to 26 weeks of paid leave as a primary caregiver, or 8 weeks as a secondary caregiver, both on full pay. Parents choose who takes on the primary caregiver role, and we encourage all colleagues to take the time they need to build strong, lasting bonds with their family.

In these episodes, colleagues share their experiences of preparing for leave, spending time away from the business, and the support they received from their People Leader and team along the way. Stay tuned for more episodes.

Minifigures. Massive Stories brings to life how LEGO colleagues experience our benefits, culture, and some of the highlights of being part of the LEGO team.

For the series we’ve teamed up with real colleagues and helped them transform into their very own LEGO Minifigures. From head and hair to body, legs, and hands, every element was carefully chosen and built together.

Once their Minifigure transformation was complete, we invited them to share their personal stories. The result is a series that’s playful with some deeply moving moments but above all, it’s their story, told from behind the bricks.
