Returning parts orders

Returning your parts order is easy! To return your Pick a Brick order, just give us a call. We’ll give you some instructions on how to return the parts to us.

Once we receive the parcel, we’ll start processing your refund within 1-2 days. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to reach your bank.

Keep in mind that we don’t accept partial returns on parts orders so you’ll need to return all the pieces at the same time.
