Q: How do pre-orders and back-orders work?

Do you offer free standard delivery?

Here’s how delivery costs work:

Orders up to $149 have a delivery cost of $12.50.
Orders of $149 or more are delivered free. Qualifying purchases must be in merchandise only. Gift Cards don't apply to the merchandise total.
Pick a Brick orders may include extra fees. Refer to the Pick a Brick orders section below.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

This info relates to orders from LEGO.com but excludes orders placed via the Pick a Brick service. See more info on Pick a Brick orders below.
Our standard delivery time frame is 6–14 working days (Mon–Fri):
~ 6 working days: VIC
~ 7 working days: NSW, ACT, SA
~ 8 working days: QLD, TAS
~ 10 working days: WA
~ 14 working days: NT

We do our best to estimate delivery dates based on info from our couriers. If your area is experiencing severe weather, natural disasters or other unscheduled events, it may take longer for your order to arrive.

Can I get express delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can! Express delivery is also available for pre-ordered and back-ordered items, which will be dispatched on the date they become available.

Express delivery costs $30 and takes 2–6 working days (Mon-Fri).

How do Pick a Brick orders work?

Accepted Answer

Please allow 15 working days for delivery of Pick a Brick parts.

We charge a service fee of $15 for Pick a Brick orders. If your basket meets the minimum amount of $40, the service fee will be removed.

Express delivery is not available.

If some parts in your order are out of stock, we'll wait until all items are available before dispatching your entire order.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, simply follow these easy steps:

Log in to your account and navigate to ‘My orders’.
Find the order you want to track and select ‘Manage my order’.
Click on ‘Track package’ or visit the courier's tracking page for real-time updates.
You can also track your order from the delivery confirmation email sent to you after your purchase.

Don't have a LEGO Account?

Click on My Accounts.
Follow the on screen instructions.

It can take 24 hours for your tracking number to start displaying updates.

What if my order includes both pre-order and back-order items?

If your order includes both pre-order or back-order items and other in-stock items, the in-stock items will be sent separately. Any gifts or promotional items you qualify for will be dispatched with the next available items in your order. The expected delivery dates for products in back-orders or pre-orders may change based on factors such as changing arrival schedules or incoming stock availability.

How do gift orders work?

To help keep your LEGO gift a surprise, we’ll send it in a plain, unmarked box. You can also choose a different delivery address, so the package isn’t spotted.

If you’ve chosen delivery to a different address, we’ll assume it’s a gift and leave out the price and billing details.

Question 9

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

You’ll be able to cancel your order until its status shows as ‘In warehouse’. You can track its delivery status from your ‘My orders’ page.

If none of the items in your order have an ‘In warehouse’ status yet, and you’d like to cancel it, select ‘Manage my order’. Then, click ‘Cancel order’ and follow the remaining steps. It’s super easy!

If your order includes only pre-order or back-order items, you’ll be able to cancel it up to 5 working days before the estimated delivery date.
