Pay & Benefits

Pay & Bonus
We do our best work to succeed and grow together. Each position has a defined salary range, which is continually reviewed by looking at comparable positions across all industries in local markets. This is in addition to our global bonus program.

Health Insurance
In many countries, LEGO colleagues have access to health insurance to help pay for medical expenses, such as doctor's visits, hospital stays and surgeries.

Paid Parental Leave
We offer 26 weeks of paid leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for the secondary caregiver on full pay. Parents decide who takes the role of the primary caregiver, and we encourage all our colleagues to take their time to build a bond with their family.

Paid Caregiver Leave
We provide up to four weeks of paid leave, so colleagues can take care of their loved ones when they need them the most.

Death & Disability Insurance
All our LEGO colleagues are covered through our death and disability insurance, which provides protection and peace of mind.

Colleague Assistance Program
Open to our colleagues and their families, this service provides confidential and professional assistance for personal or work-related problems.
