    Frequently asked questions

    • What’s a good age for LEGOLAND® Resorts?

Fun really knows no age. You can bring your newborn baby and your oldest family member for a fun family day out. We have playgrounds, rides and Baby Care centers for the smallest LEGO® fans, and more challenging rides for bigger fans. Minimum height requirement for some of the rides is 90 cm, and some rides require children to be accompanied by an adult. You can find more info in the LEGOLAND® app or on the website for the LEGOLAND Resort you’re planning to visit.

    • Where are the LEGOLAND® Resorts in Europe?

The original LEGOLAND® (LEGOLAND Billund Resort) is located in Billund, Denmark. It opened back in 1968, and since then we’ve opened LEGOLAND Windsor Resort in England and LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort in southern Germany.

    • Where are the LEGOLAND® Resorts in the US, Middle East and Asia?

In the United States there are three LEGOLAND® Resorts you can visit: LEGOLAND California Resort, LEGOLAND Florida Resort and LEGOLAND New York Resort. In Asia, we have five LEGOLAND Resorts: LEGOLAND Korea Resort, LEGOLAND Japan Resort, LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort, LEGOLAND Dubai Resort and LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort.

    • How many LEGOLAND® Resorts are there in the world?

There are 11 LEGOLAND® Resorts scattered around the world, all the way from the original LEGOLAND Resort in Billund, Denmark to the US and Japan.
    • Which one is the biggest LEGOLAND® Resort?

Spanning 318,000 square meters, LEGOLAND® Shanghai Resort in China is the biggest LEGOLAND Resort in the world. It has a whopping 75 attractions, and no less than 85 million LEGO® bricks went into the construction.

    • How long do I need to visit a LEGOLAND® Resort?

We love visitors and are sad to see them leave, so we would of course recommend spending as much time as you have. If you want as much out of your ticket as possible, it would be best to set aside most of a day. For visitors wanting to spend multiple days, all our locations offer unique and playful hotels, so you can ride, play and explore the resorts without worrying about time. When setting aside time for your visit, consider wait times for attractions, bathroom breaks, how slowly you eat your lunch and how many rides you want to go on.
