Job Description

客户服务

• 确保所有店铺销售持续接受客户服务标准和相关技能的培训。

• 以身作则，确保团队始终为客户提供优质服务。

• 无论何时都为客户提供热情的接待，与孩子们互动,满足客户的需求，了解各个商品的特点和优势，并成功完成销售。

• 担任楼面管理工作时，确保所有顾客的问题得到满意的解决。

• 协助店铺经理取得令人满意的神秘访客结果，并在必要时执行持续改进计划。

销售利润

• 通过店铺经理的协助和培训，定期评估销售和利润，寻找提高销售业绩的机会。

• 确保店铺库存的维护，并遵循店铺指导原则达到高标准的商品陈列展示。

团队管理

• 营造一个积极，充满安全感并有乐趣的团队氛围。

• 基于现行法律要求和公司流程，负责面试、选拔和任命店铺销售的最佳人选。

• 高效评估识店铺销售和店铺主管的培训需求，协助完成所有新员工的入职培训，包括健康和安全培训。

• 协助店铺经理按照公司流程有效地管理所有员工的绩效，以促进员工的个人职业发展。

• 协助店铺经理维护假期、考勤、培训、人事记录和团队计划安排。

• 在人力资源团队和店铺经理的协助下，处理潜在的员工关系问题或冲突。

店铺流程管理

• 在指导方案和运营预算的框架内建立店铺各类需求订单。

• 完成所有人事文件整理，并确保及时和正确的提交。

• 始终遵循店铺的指导方针维护并保持良好的店铺销售环境。

• 确保健康与安全的标准被严格遵守，在必要时采取适当的行动。

库存管理

• 与零售推广团队和店铺经理合作，定期回顾和分析SAP中的库存信息，以确保正确的库存构成，最终实现目标利润，促进利润销售。

• 主动复审库存信息并与各相关团队保持紧密沟通，确保正确的库存状态，提高库存周转率。

• 保持仓库时刻有序整洁，确保所有可售商品在货架的有效陈列和及时补充，并达成预防破损目标。

你必须具备

• 两年以上零售行业管理经验和销售系统相关经验；

• 良好的组织能力，口头和书面沟通能力；

• 能够接受灵活的工作时间；

• 基本的招聘，培训，绩效管理，仓库管理，陈列经验，日程安排和考勤管理能力；

• 具备英语书面与口语沟通能力，待人热情；

• 具备较强的与内外部合作伙伴协作的能力和良好的团队合作精神；

• 有很强烈的意愿在乐高公司环境中学习和工作
