Wonder Lists!
Competition is now closed
The competition is now closed, but we received lots of amazing entries and Santa’s helpers, aka our AFOL Communities (Adult Fans of LEGO®), have been hard at work to help bring some of the ideas to life in LEGO brick form.
Scroll down to see how London AFOLs, Brickish, Northern Brickworks, Gertlug and Brick Alley turned the following entries into real-life LEGO models…
Children’s Wonder List entries brought to life:
A self-pouring robot coffee machine- built by Brickish
A self-pouring, robot coffee machine with physical helping hands! With the magical syrup resting on top, it will be possible to make the same perfect coffee, every morning, just how you like it!
Rocket-boosted cat slippers - built by Northern Brickworks
Laser-shooting cat slippers that are donned with rocket boosters to provide extra power for walking around in. Without forgetting an integral sweets compartment for snacking on the go.
Magical page turning books - built by London AFOLs
Self-reading and auto-page turning books, that are adorned with a TV to project the story you are reading, making it an experience for almost all of your senses.
Flying watering can - built by Gertlug
A flying, magical watering can which not only allows you to water the plants perfectly but also paints your house, giving it a new lease of life! It also allows you to take a back seat whilst it does all the work by following you around the garden to make sure you don’t put your back out.
Glitter-sprinkling vacuum cleaner - built by Brick Alley
No longer making vacuum cleaning monotonous and noisy is the rainbow vacuum cleaner, inspiring colour and joy everywhere it goes. As it cleans, it sprays toys and glitter out whilst playing all your favourite music.
