Customs, duties and taxes

When you make a purchase on the LEGO® Shop, any applicable customs & duties, as well as an estimate of sales tax, is included in the order total you see when you click ‘checkout’. The exact amount of sales tax charged will be calculated when you submit your order, and the final total will be listed in your order confirmation email. There’s no need to worry about any additional or unexpected charges!

If you’re placing an order for a tax-exempt organization, you’ll need to call us first to provide the order details. We’ll place the order on hold for you, while you fax or email us your tax-exempt form using the information provided over the phone. When we get the form, we’ll remove the tax from your order and release it for processing within 1-2 working days.
