About Your Shipment

• Items in stock ship the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) if placed by 12pm EST.
• Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.
• All orders are subject to review which may affect shipping times.

In placing your order, you authorize LEGO.com to appoint a Canadian customs broker to act on your behalf to obtain customs clearance of your merchandise and remit applicable duties and taxes to Revenue Canada. Amounts received by LEGO.com for duties and taxes are accepted on your behalf, for the broker.

In returning merchandise to our Canadian address, you authorize the Canadian customs broker to submit a claim for duties and taxes to Revenue Canada on your behalf and to receive, endorse and deposit all such refunds. LEGO.com will refund the purchase price together with the duties and taxes directly to you, our customers.

Standard Shipping

• Takes 3-5 business days.
• Please expect your delivery to take an additional 3 business days for rural areas.

For orders:

• Up to 25.00 CAD, delivery is $5.95 CAD.
• From 25.01 to 35.00 CAD, delivery is 7.95 CAD.
• Over 35 CAD, delivery is free for qualifying orders.*
• Free delivery will automatically apply to qualifying online, phone or Pick a Brick orders.*

*Qualifying orders must be equal to or greater than the threshold value in merchandise only. Any gift cards you purchase won’t count towards the threshold value.

Pre-orders and backorders

• Backorder items are available to order but won’t ship until more arrive in our warehouse.
• Pre-orders are sets that are coming soon! They’re not out yet, but you can still place your order.
• Shipping dates for pre-order and backordered items are shown on the product page, in your bag, and in the order summary at checkout.
• Items will ship as soon as they become available. We’ll email you to let you know when your order leaves our warehouse.
• If you’ve ordered other items in addition to your pre-order or backordered item, the rest of the order will ship separately.
• If you’ve qualified for any free or promotional items, they’ll ship with the next available items in your order.
• It’s easy to find the latest updates on your order—simply check your order status here.

Pick a Brick

• Please allow 5 business days for shipping of Pick a Brick “Bestseller” and “Standard” parts. Sometimes Standard items can take up to 28 days to be delivered.
• Rural areas may be subject to an additional 3 business days.
• We charge a service fee for Pick a Brick orders. If your basket meets the minimum amount of 20 CAD for each category, the service fee will be removed. The service fee for Bestseller items is 9.50 CAD. For Standard items, it’s 9.50 CAD.
• Pick A Brick orders always ship with price and billing details.

Shipping Restrictions

• Express shipping is not available for Canada.
• No deliveries to P.O. Boxes are available (excludes LEGO Pick A Brick orders).
• Shipments will be left without signatures if shipped using the standard shipping service to Canada.
• In order to protect our consumers and maintain our commitment to service excellence, we do not ship to Freight Forwarding Services.

Delivery & Service Delays

Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.

Gift Orders

Order a gift for your children or friends and be sure that your secret is safe!

• Every order is shipped in a plain box, and you can specify the 'Ship To' address such as a relative's house or place of employment.
• If you have requested delivery to an address different from your billing address, price/billing details will not be included since we assume that the delivery is a gift to the recipient.
• Pricing information will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

Order cancellations

You’ll be able to cancel your order until it reaches the ‘In Warehouse’ status. To find out where your order is in its journey you can check your account page.

If your order includes only pre-order or backorder items, you’ll be able to cancel up to 5 business days before the estimated delivery date. If you missed the cancellation window, you can return your item in exchange for a full refund.

Return Policy

We believe our LEGO bricks and other products must live up to your highest expectations, and our service must live up to the quality of our toys. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy and free! All returns or exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt of your order. We’ll refund your order within 14 business days of receiving your return. To get a free return label on LEGO.com, log into your account and go to your Order Status page. From there, click on “Return Items” and follow the instructions.

Unopened sets: Simply return your unopened LEGO set in a secure and sturdy package to the address listed on your packing slip. If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail Stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. However, for orders purchased using PayPal, if you return an unopened set to the address listed on your packing slip, your refund will be provided in the form of a gift card, and if you return an unopened set that is under $200 to a LEGO Brand Retail Store, your refund will be provided in the form of a store credit. In order to receive a refund to your PayPal account you must contact Customer Service.

Unopened sets that are not accompanied by a shipping confirmation email or receipt cannot be exchanged or returned to a LEGO Brand Retail Store. You can set up a return on LEGO.com or contact Customer Service so they can help you. Total value of returned items over $200 cannot be returned in the store. Clothing, apparel, and footwear cannot be returned in-store.

Opened Sets: Returns of opened LEGO sets must include the original shipping confirmation email or receipt and can be returned for exchange or merchandise credit only. Please make sure you use a sturdy, secure package.
