Job Description

As Head of Delivery for Markets & Channels Technology (MCT), you are accountable for the successful delivery of our most complex and business-critical digital product initiatives. You lead through leaders—overseeing Technical Program Managers and Agile Coaches—and enable a high-performing, scalable delivery organization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of MCT’s largest and most complex digital programs and product portfolios

  • Drive transparency of delivery roadmaps, including dependencies, risks, and trade-offs

  • Work on Plans for delivery of future year portfolios

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Business leaders to translate strategy into outcomes

  • Ensure strong governance, reporting, and proactive risk management

  • Lead and develop Delivery team, including Technical Program Managers and Agile Coaches

  • Set direction and performance expectations for delivery excellence and agile ways of working

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and feedback

  • Build and evolve delivery and agile coaching practices

  • Act as a role model for inclusive, high-performing leadership

  • Ensure balance between agile, engineering, and governance practices

  • Establish standards and frameworks for delivery and coaching

You play a critical role in translating strategy into execution, driving flow of value across the portfolio, and ensuring strong alignment between Product, Engineering, Design and Business priorities. As a member of the MCT Leadership Team, you actively shape the direction, culture, and performance of the organization.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Demonstrable experience leading leaders and large delivery organizations

  • Track record delivering complex digital portfolios

  • Solid experience with agile and traditional delivery models

  • Experience leading Agile Coaching and delivery practices

  • Knowledge of product management, engineering, and financial management

  • Strong people leadership and talent development capability

  • Ability to influence senior partners (VP/SVP level)

  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complexity

  • Good communication and storytelling skills

  • Strategic and able to zoom in and out as needed

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
