Scope of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the distribution and use of all photographs, images, videos, or other media (“Media”) captured, produced, or distributed in connection with the Disney, LEGO, and Star Wars activation (“Event”) taking place at Disney World in Florida.

Ownership and License 2.1 Ownership All copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights in the Media belong to the original rights holders (e.g., Disney, LEGO, Lucasfilm Ltd., or their designated partners) or to the Event organizers, except where explicitly stated otherwise.

2.2 License to Participants Subject to these Terms, individuals or organizations that receive Media (“Recipients”) are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Media solely for personal, non-commercial purposes or for limited promotional use as authorized in writing by the Event organizers.

Usage Restrictions 3.1 Prohibited Uses Recipients shall not modify, alter, distribute, sell, sublicense, or use the Media in ways that infringe or dilute the rights of the original rights holders. Recipients shall not use the Media in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or that violates any third-party rights, including publicity and privacy rights.

3.2 Commercial Use Any commercial use of the Media (including paid advertising, endorsements, or merchandise) is strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate, written agreement with the Event organizers.

Attribution Where reasonable and practical, recipients shall include proper attribution to Disney, LEGO, Star Wars, Lucasfilm Ltd., and/or any applicable parties, as well as the Event organizers, when sharing the Media publicly (e.g., on social media or news outlets).
Privacy and Publicity Recipients acknowledge that the Media may contain images or likenesses of individuals. Recipients agree to comply with all applicable privacy and publicity laws regarding the depiction or mention of any individuals appearing in the Media.

If an individual featured in the Media requests removal or non-distribution of their likeness, recipients shall promptly comply with such request to the extent technologically feasible.

Compliance with Policies and Laws Recipients must abide by all relevant local, state, and federal laws, as well as any policies or guidelines set forth by Disney, LEGO, Star Wars, or the Event organizers.
No Endorsement The distribution of Media featuring Disney, LEGO, or Star Wars content shall not be construed as an endorsement or sponsorship of any external product, service, or message, unless explicitly stated in a written agreement with the respective rights holder(s).
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event organizers, Disney, LEGO, Lucasfilm Ltd., and all related affiliates disclaim any liability for damages, claims, or losses arising out of or in connection with the distribution, use, or misuse of the Media. Recipients assume all responsibility for any consequences resulting from the distribution or publication of the Media.
Indemnification Recipients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event organizers, Disney, LEGO, Lucasfilm Ltd., and their respective officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Recipients’ breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.
Termination The Event organizers reserve the right to revoke the license granted under these Terms at any time, with or without cause, upon notice (including electronic notice). Upon termination, Recipients shall discontinue all further distribution or use of the Media.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted in the federal or state courts located in the State of Florida, and the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Event organizers and Recipients concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior oral or written understandings, communications, or agreements. Any changes or modifications to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Millenium Falcon and Beach Darth Vader Video and Photo Opportunity:

PRIVACY NOTICE

We are excited to take your photo, but first we want to talk about your privacy rights! We want you to know what personal data of yours LEGO Systems, Inc., and our partner Triple2Digital (“We”) will collect, how we use your personal data, who we share it with, and how long we plan to keep it.

For purposes of taking and sending your photo to you, as well as sending you a photo or video of Beach Dath Vader and the Millenium Falcon activties, here is the personal data LEGO Systems, Inc. and Triple2Digital will collect from your party:

· A photograph of you and your group with Beach Darth Vader

· A 3 second video of you in the Millenium Falcon blasting into hyperspace

· Email address of one adult as the group leader

We will use the personal data listed above, only for the following purposes:

· To send the group leader a digital image or video of the LEGO® Beach Darth Vader or Millenium Falcon via an email sent by Triple2Digital.

· To include in the email message above a link to LEGO.com and an optional opportunity to sign up for the LEGO Insiders program

· To document the event for internal purposes at the LEGO Group and Triple2Digital.

We will delete your data when it is no longer needed, but in any case no later than one year after the date it is collected.

PRIVACY NOTICE

We are excited to take your photo, but first we want to talk about your privacy rights! We want you to know what personal data of yours LEGO Systems, Inc., and our partner GMR Marketing (“We”) will collect, how we use your personal data, who we share it with, and how long we plan to keep it.

For purposes of taking and sending your photo to you, as well as sending you a photo of the completed mural, here is the personal data LEGO Systems, Inc. and GMR Marketing will collect from your party:

· A photograph of you and your group

· Email address of one adult as the group leader

We will use the personal data listed above, only for the following purposes:

· To send the group leader the digital image of your party via email from GMR Marketing

· To send the group leader a digital image of the finished LEGO® brick mural via a second email sent by GMR Marketing

· To include in the two email messages above a link to LEGO.com and an optional opportunity to sign up for the LEGO Insiders program

· To document the event for internal purposes at the LEGO Group and GMR Marketing.

We will delete your data when it is no longer needed, but in any case no later than one year after the date it is collected.
