Job Description

Just imagine walking into stores across the Nordic region and seeing campaigns you've shaped come to life in every aisle. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Trade Marketing Manager, you'll own the planning and execution of key LEGO® campaigns across physical retail in the Nordic region. You'll drive the Trade Marketing effectiveness agenda, focusing on execution excellence, budget optimization, and measurable commercial impact. You'll also hold channel responsibility for the grocery channel, partnering closely with Key Account Management teams to create standout in-store experiences across all four Nordic markets. Along the way, you'll turn shopper insights into activation plans that help shape retail performance and growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Built shopper marketing, trade marketing, category management, or related retail marketing initiatives

  • Led projects or priorities with clear ownership and accountability for outcomes

  • Achieved measurable commercial results in roles where performance was tracked against business objectives

  • Delivered data analysis and insight generation using tools such as Excel and Power BI to inform business decisions

  • Created persuasive presentations and demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills

  • Communicated effectively in fluent written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Applied AI tools such as Copilot or similar technologies to improve productivity or business outcomes

What you'll build

  • Drive retail activation of campaigns across the full Nordic physical retail landscape

  • Define and raise standards for in-store execution excellence across different retail environments

  • Partner with sales leaders and Key Account Management teams on retailer-specific marketing initiatives

  • Transform shopper insights into clear and actionable activation plans

  • Establish stronger ways of measuring Trade Marketing effectiveness through analysis, learning, and continuous improvement

If you've worked in a role where you've owned campaigns, analysed performance data, and translated insights into retail action, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect commercial objectives with strong execution and measurable results.

Life on the team

You'll join Nordic Trade Marketing within Nordic Marketing, part of the Western Europe market group and be based in our Billund office with the opportunity to work up to 2 days per week from home. The team exists to create the strongest possible retail footprint with Nordic retail partners while building decisions on data and insight. It's a close-knit team with a strong team spirit and a hybrid rhythm. You'll thrive if you take ownership, adapt comfortably to change, approach challenges with curiosity, and enjoy solving problems with others.

What success looks like

Success means becoming the go-to person for retail activation and execution excellence. You'll help set new benchmarks for campaign effectiveness, reporting, and budget optimization while influencing how different channels and audiences are approached across the Nordic business. You'll play a key role in accelerating permanent in-store solutions, advancing execution excellence, and supporting growth across both Kids and Adults audiences while working closely with Trade Marketing colleagues, Brand Marketing teams, Nordic Sales teams, and Western Europe counterparts.
