Senior Graphic Designer, Vehicles
Are you a graphic designer who lives and breathes vehicle culture?
From iconic race liveries and automotive branding to the graphic details that make enthusiasts instantly recognise a vehicle, graphics play a vital role in bringing LEGO® vehicles to life.
The LEGO Vehicles team is looking to add more horsepower to an already high-performing crew. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll help fuel new ideas and create high-impact graphics that transform great models into must-have experiences for vehicle fans around the world.
This role is for someone who combines exceptional graphic design expertise with a genuine passion for cars, racing, motorsport, and automotive culture. Working closely with project teams and fellow designers, you'll translate vehicle-inspired concepts into authentic graphic experiences that elevate our products and delight builders of all ages.
Core Responsibilities
- Transform vehicle culture, racing heritage, and automotive trends into authentic LEGO graphic experiences.
- Create graphics ranging from race liveries and sponsor-inspired applications to original visual identities that strengthen storytelling and product appeal.
- Turn creative briefs into product-ready graphics that balance creativity, play value, manufacturability, and brand standards.
- Explore, sketch, and develop graphic concepts that capture the character and personality of a vehicle.
- Drive graphic ideation across the Vehicles portfolio, bringing inspiration from automotive, racing, and enthusiast communities.
- Apply expertise in vehicle graphics, liveries, branding systems, and visual storytelling to elevate product experiences.
- Solve complex graphic development challenges while balancing authenticity, functionality, and production requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Vehicle Designers, Model Designers, Engineers, and Project Teams to create cohesive product experiences.
- Present graphic concepts, design rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Stay connected to developments in automotive design, motorsport, branding, and consumer trends.
- Apply consumer insights to create graphics that resonate with builders and vehicle enthusiasts.
- Contribute to workshops, innovation activities, and portfolio decisions through your specialist graphic design expertise.
- Champion graphic design excellence and help evolve graphic development practices across the team.
