Quality Auditor - Processing

Job Description

• Evaluation of the processing products according to the specification (Master sample, Product Brief, VQG, SpecIT)
• Perform process audit
• Perform function test, when test failed, escalate the result.
• Support novelty process and SAT test
• Record inspection results 
• Report the existed and potential quality risk findings in time
• Good communication with production on inspection result
• Support other auditors or operators on quality standards
• Handling of non-conforming material, organization of immediate actions online, creation of non-conformity concern-Log and collection of data
• Implement IMS (Integrated Management System) standards, requirements, and rules from Q&EHS
• At least 3 years experience in quality 
• IT skill: Microsoft office software basic usage

与生产良好的沟通检验结果
8.    Support other auditors or operators on quality standards 
支持其他质检员或作业员以维护高品质标准
9.    Handling of non-conforming material, organization of immediate actions online, creation of non-conformity concern-Log and collection of data 
进行不合格处理，现场组织采取纠正措施，收集相关数据以及创建不合格处理报告
10.    Implement IMS (Integrated Management System) standards, requirements, and rules from Q&EHS
执行IMS标准，满足Q&EHS要求

岗位要求:
1） 2年以上质量工作相关经验，有过程质量管控经验优先
2） 有一定基础的英语阅读技能，以及办公软件应用能力
3） 有良好的沟通协调、问题解决能力，有团队合作精神，做事耐心细致
4） 能够适应轮班工作 (做四休四，7:00-19:00/19:00-7:00）
