MPE&E Specialist MPE&E 注塑技术专家：
RESPONSIBILITES 职责
1. 为生产及辅助部门提供技术支持和问题解决方案。
Provide technical supports and problem -solving solution to production and support department
2. 确保每日工作的有序及高效。
Ensure efficient and effective operation daily.
3. 利用PDCA 或PPS工具解决复杂的生产问题。
Solve the difficult issues with PDCA or PPS tools.
4. 主导注塑区域的改善项目。
Drive the improvement project.
5. 支持注塑新技术的引进与推广
Support the new technology income and implement in Moulding
6. 支持注塑相关技术的培训工作
Support the training activities related to moulding technology.
7. 简化，改进工作流程。
Simplify and improve the work process
8. 参与注塑生产的持续改善项目
Participate the continuous improvement in moulding production
9. 安全工作，不作危险性危及危害安全的工作。
Work safety by not causing unsafety conditions or doing unsafe acts
10. 保证工作领域处于良好的5S状态。
Ensure the work area is maintained in good 5S condition
11. 完成上级领导安排的其它工作任务。
Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.

岗位要求：

• Minimum 5‑years of experience in injection molding process improvement; proficient in anomaly analysis tools including PDCA, 8D reports, FMEA, etc. 1）5 年以上注塑工艺流程改善经验，熟悉异常分析工具，例如 PDCA、8D 报告、FMEA 等。
• College diploma or above is preferred; major in Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Materials is a plus. 2）大专及以上学历优先，机械或高分子专业优先。
• Basic English reading and writing competency required. 3）具备英语基本读写能力。
• Accept shift work (day‑based rotating shift, 4‑on‑4‑off schedule). 4）能够接受倒班（长白班倒班模式，上四休四）。
