As the LEGO Group continues to grow, so does the demand for high-quality legal support. This role sits within the newly established Tax & Legal Operations team as part of our global Business Services Operations (BSO) function.
As a Legal Operations Manager, your primary focus will be to support contract drafting, review, and negotiation across multiple business areas, ensuring efficient and scalable legal service delivery across the region. In addition, you will bring the experience and flexibility to assist with intellectual property matters (including trademarks and copyrights) as required, while contributing to standardisation and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities
·Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts across China and APAC region, covering areas such as procurement, sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
·Ensure legal accuracy, alignment with corporate policies, and compliance with internal standards and governance frameworks
·Proactively identify and escalate material legal risks where appropriate
·Provide support on intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as needed
·Translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical guidance for business stakeholders
·Support the standardisation and continuous improvement of legal processes, including playbooks, templates, and negotiation guidelines
·Contribute to the development and optimisation of legal tech platforms and tools
Do you have what it takes?
·Strong hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across multiple legal areas
·Working knowledge of intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights, with the ability to provide practical support as required
·Experience from a similar role within a corporate legal department or law firm
·Collaborative and proactive, with a curious mindset, strong ownership, and a focus on delivering solutions
·Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
·Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues to non-legal stakeholders
·Proficiency with MS Office and comfort working with legal technology platforms
·Interest in developing expertise in legal operations, including process optimisation and legal tech
·Curiosity and openness to leveraging AI and digital tools in legal work
·Understanding of and curiosity around legal tech and AI solutions for contract work
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with contract management tools
- Experience from working in an international environment
- Experience with Vietnamese law
- Fluency in additional languages (Mandarin strongly preferred)
