Join us in Billund as the pioneering Director of Consumer Group (CG) Teens Portfolio & Marketing Strategy, where you'll turn bold ideas into reality and craft strategies that make a lasting impact!
Core Responsibilities
As a senior individual contributor, you'll shape the strategic direction for Teens as a unique consumer group, focusing on portfolio, go-to-market, and marketing strategies. You'll report to the Head of CG Teens & Sports Passion and collaborate across teams to ensure growth and relevance. Here's how you'll make a difference:
Strategy & Commercial Leadership
Develop strategies to establish Teens as a distinct consumer group using insights.
Support long-term strategic direction aligned with company priorities.
Analyze performance and provide strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with partners to drive growth and alignment.
Work with the Global Brand team to integrate the LEGO brand into teen considerations.
Portfolio Strategy
Recommend portfolio size and mix based on data and insights.
Support allocation decisions to meet growth targets.
Advise on product assortment and pricing strategies.
Use consumer insights to guide strategic choices and adjustments.
Lead research programs to inform portfolio decisions.
Marketing Communication
Develop go-to-market strategies, including launch planning.
Create marketing and communication strategies with partner input.
Lead cross-franchise campaigns from start to finish.
Collaborate on long-term innovation and portfolio goals toward 2030.

In Product and Marketing Development (PMD), the global Product Groups (PGs) are responsible and accountable for the business performance, current and future product portfolio and the global consumer group P&L. They are also accountable for the development of consumer group strategies (product and marketing) to deliver our commercial and strategic ambitions, short term as well as long term.
Teens CG presents a huge opportunity for The LEGO Group. They have not been a dedicated priority CG in the past; however, it has become a significant part of our consumer sales. Therefore, now that there will be a deliberate and distinct effort to recognize and address this CG, this could result in significant unlock and impact on our business and brand!
Do you have what it takes?
Significant experience in global brand, marketing, and business within the B2C sector, with a proven track record in brand development.
Experience in portfolio and marketing strategy roles within complex organizations.
A genuine interest and curiosity in understanding teen culture and translating it into skills in cultural marketing.
Strong analytical skills to use data and insights for informed recommendations on portfolio choices, go-to-market priorities, and marketing direction.
The ability to explore and shape evolving consumer areas, framing questions, testing assumptions, and turning insights into actionable strategies.
Experience collaborating with senior partners and influencing outcomes without direct leadership responsibilities.
Comfort in navigating ambiguous, developmental environments, balancing exploration with experimentation.

Experience with large-scale global events marketing and activations.
Experience in marketing directly to teens.
