Job Description
Are you eager to kick-start your career in digital content production while helping bring the LEGO® brand to life across owned channels and social media?
Support the delivery of digital content experiences by coordinating assets, managing smaller productions and helping our Digital Producer team bring engaging campaigns to life across owned and social channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Support Digital Producers in planning and delivering digital content productions across owned channels and social media.
- Independently manage smaller-scale digital production tasks from briefing through delivery.
- Coordinate creative assets, stakeholder feedback and production timelines.
- Maintain production documentation, status tracking and project administration.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on digital content before publication.
- Support content publishing preparation across relevant platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creatives, channel specialists and marketing.

As our Student Worker, you will play an important supporting role in ensuring productions run smoothly. You will gain hands-on experience with digital content production while contributing directly to real projects and campaigns seen by LEGO fans around the world.
Do you have what it takes?
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree within Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, Project Management, Multimedia Design, Business, or a related field.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education programme.
- Strong interest in digital content, social media and marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with content creation, social media or digital marketing.
- Experience coordinating projects as part of studies, student jobs or volunteer work.
- Experience working with digital asset management systems.
- Interest in creative development, storytelling and branded content.
