Effective traffic management and continuous efficiency improvement are critical to online business growth. This role will define the overall traffic acquisition strategy and drive robust implementation, ensuring efficient paid media investment, expanding audience reach, and exploring emerging trends. The role will also collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve CS targets and work with the brand marketing activation team on key GTMs to ensure media strategies are fully aligned and integrated.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build a holistic view of traffic operation (free/paid/activation) for assigned platforms through performance tracking, future trend forecasting and KPI setting
  • Develop an integrated media plan through media mix, phasing, target audience, and theme line investment and paid ads creative
  • Oversee media agency for daily operations and real-time optimization; integrate with ISVs for precise targeting to improve ROI
  • Deliver regular media performance analysis to improve resource efficiency; track and report on key KPIs such as traffic acquisition and major campaign results
  • Drive effective budget management with monthly allocation to maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with sales team to align traffic operations and ensure CS targets remain on track

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Maths, Statistics, Economics and related fields would be preferred
  • 5-year + proven experience in EC paid media management, traffic management and operation
  • Strong data analytic skills and storytelling abilities
  • Data-driven attitude and attentions to details
  • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively in a cross-function team environment
  • Faster learner, adaptable and can-do-attitude; able to work under pressure
  • Strong influence skill, able to lead media agency to ensure robust implementation
  • Professional experience in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, and PowerPoint)
