LEGO® BTS DYNAMITE EXPERIENCE – EVENT NOTICE

A. Event & Eligibility

1. The event is organised by LEGO Singapore Pte Ltd (“LEGO Singapore”) and managed by Momenntum Private Limited (“Momenntum”).
2. The event will start at 7 July 2023 at 11am and will end at 16 July 2023 at 9pm. Last entry into the event will be at 8:30pm on all days. On 7 July 2023, there will be a private event from 10am to 12pm, and the public will be allowed to attend from 12pm to 9pm.
3. The experience spans across three zones, namely LEGO BTS Big Builds Stage, Disco Retail Zone and Record Discovery Zone, along a 39 metre stretch on Orchard Road, with plenty of photo opportunities and interactive activities.
4. The Participants can participate in the event at no cost. Only same day registrations will be valid and allowed entry to the event, pre-registration is not required. A Parent/Guardian must, at all times, be present during the activity.
5. Momenntum reserves the sole and absolute right to assess and determine the eligibility of each Participant, and may require such information and documents as it considers necessary for the purposes of verifying the eligibility of an entry.
6. Momenntum also reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without assigning any reason whatsoever.
7. By participating in this event, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges that LEGO Singapore may take photographs, quotation(s), sound recording(s) and/or movie clip(s) (Material) depicting the Parent/Guardian and/or Child/Ward during the event.
8. The Parent/Guardian grants LEGO Singapore and other companies within the LEGO Group of Companies, the exclusive right to use Material, for any media, public relation or marketing use or derivative works, for the purpose of promoting such event(s) in connection with The LEGO Group.
9. The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that the depiction of him/her/the Child in the Material may be duplicated and distributed in any and all manner and media throughout the world in perpetuity.
10. LEGO Singapore or other companies within the LEGO Group of Companies are not obligated to use Material.
11. The Material will always be used in accordance with LEGO values.
12. The parent/Guardian and the Child/Ward acknowledges that neither he/she or the Child/Ward will receive a remuneration for the Material or participation in the event.
13. LEGO Singapore, Momenntum and Brix Star Pte Ltd (Bricks World) are not responsible for any personal loss, injuries or damage caused or incurred during the activity.
14. By participating, Parent/guardian and the participants agree to indemnify LEGO Singapore, Momenntum, Bricks World and their agencies against claims arising from any personal loss, injury, or damage.

a. The Parent/Guardian hereby releases and discharges the companies specified under clause 9 and 10, its employees, agents, licensees, successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that it may have or may from now on for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement of copyright or trademark, or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of the rights granted under this form in connection with this event.

15. By participating in this event, you explicitly confirm that you consent to personal data collected in connection and during the event for the purposes, stated in the abovementioned clauses, to be held by LEGO System A/S, as the responsible data controller within the LEGO Group, in accordance with Danish Law.
16. Each participant is only allowed to participate in the event once.
17. LEGO Singapore reserves the right to add or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice without having to disclose any reason therefore, and without any compensation whatsoever.
18. By participating, participants and their parents/guardians automatically agree to the Terms & Conditions stated.

B. LEGO BTS Big Builds Stage

1. Displaying the 7 members of the 21st century pop icons, BTS, in their LEGO minifigure form, the 1.2m figurines invites the public to capture moments with them at the LEGO BTS Big Builds Stage.
2. Visitors are invited to snap a picture and share on their social media with #LEGOBTSSG.
3. A stamp can be redeemed upon completion.

C. Disco Retail Zone

i. Interactive Photo Booth

a. Participant can crystallise their memories at the experience with instant physical prints. The photo booth will provide an array of “Dynamite” music-themed graphic stickers to select and decorate their very own LEGO BTS Dynamite experience photo.

b. The free photoprint can be redeemed here by participants.

ii. Spot the LEGO Balloons

1. One (1) Mission Card can be collected from the event facilitator. Registration is NOT required.
2. Submit your entry at https://forms.gle/dqoT28oeixdF6uGr9 or by scanning the QR Code. All required fields are to be filled up.
3. Participants to spot and count the total number of LEGO Balloons hidden in the LEGO BTS Diorama Display.
4. A stamp can be redeemed upon submission.
5. Out of all eligible Participants whose submissions qualify, a total of 10x Participants with the nearest answer will be selected by LEGO Singapore and Momenntum in its sole and absolute discretion (collectively the “Winners” and each a “Winner”).
6. All decisions made by LEGO Singapore in relation to the selection of Winners shall be final, conclusive and binding on all Participants and non-negotiable.
7. The Winners will be contacted via direct message or direct call by Momenntum by no later than 14 working days after the end of the Contest Period. A Winner may be required by Momenntum to verify his/her age and/or identity.
8. The award of a Prize is subject to acceptance by the Winner. If a Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to Momenntum within 10 working days of Momenntum’s direct message, or fails to provide the required verification(s), the Winner is deemed to have waived his/her right to the Prize. LEGO Singapore has the right to select a supplementary Winner at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of LEGO Singapore in this regard are final and binding on all Participants.
9. All Prizes will be sent via courier upon verification and provision of necessary information for delivery. Neither Momenntum nor LEGO Singapore shall be liable for the non-receipt of the prizes.
10. All Prizes are not transferable and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items in part or in full. Momenntum shall not be responsible for any Prize in any event of loss, theft, damage etc after it has been delivered to a Winner.
11. Each Winner is eligible to win only one (1) prize comprising of one (1) playset from the LEGO playset listed below, to be determined by LEGO Singapore at its sole and absolute discretion: -

• LEGO BTS Dynamite 21339 (worth SGD159.90) x 10

C. Record Discovery Zone

1. One (1) Mission Card can be collected from the event facilitator at any game station. Registration is NOT required. Total 3 game station at Record Discovery Zone.
2. A chance to play the LEGO Claw Machine upon completion of all 3 out of 5 game stations. Prizes to be redeemed at Redemption Counter at Disco Retail Zone.
3. Redemption is only limited to one (1) per participant per day.
4. LEGO prizes are given randomly on a first-come, first-served basic and while stocks last.
5. LEGO prizes are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
6. Participant can participate the game stations at any order.

i. LEGO® Donut Build

a. Inspired by the donut structure in the music video and the LEGO IDEAS BTS Dynamite Set, participants are invited to contribute to Singapore Book of Records by building a LEGO Donut to add on and form Singapore’s largest LEGO Donut Wall, with over 500 donuts built onsite.

b. A building instruction will be given to the participant.

c. A stamp can be redeemed upon completion.

ii. BRICKTIFY Me

a. Visitors are invited to build their “mini me” version of themselves via minifigures at the play area, and share a photo of their minifigures with the display set on their Instagram with #LEGOBTSSG.

b. A stamp can be redeemed upon completion.

iii. Dance Off

a. To dance to their heart’s content, visitors can participate in a game of dance off by emulating the dance moves projected on the screen.

b. A stamp can be redeemed upon completion.

D. Additional Activities

1. Brick Walkers - 8 July 2023 only

a. Visitors can look out for Brick Walkers with QR code displayed on their posters, to embark on a journey of trivia. Participants will be tested on their knowledge on the LEGO® BTS Dynamite set. With a minimum seven questions answered correctly, participants will earn themselves an opportunity to claim a prize at the redemption counter at Disco Retail Zone, limited to first 450 redemptions.

b. These walkers will be roving around during peak periods at 12-2pm and 6-9pm.

2. LEGO BTS Photo Standee – 9 July 2023 only

a. Visitors can look out for the LEGO BTS standees that are planted in three areas: LEGO Certified Stores ION Orchard & Ngee Ann City, LEGO BTS Dynamite experience pop-up space.

b. Participants can take a picture and post it on their Instagram with hashtag #LEGOBTSSG. With all three spaces captured and posted, participants can redeem a prize at the redemption counter at Disco Retail Zone, limited to first 450 redemptions.

E. Retail Promo Mechanics:

1. Free gifts/ promotions are valid from 7 – 16 July 2023 at LEGO® BTS Dynamite Experience Pop-Up, limited to one (1) redemption per receipt. Free gifts/promotions are subject to availability of prevailing stocks and is on first-come-first-served basis.

i. A minimum $49 purchase and above on any regular priced LEGO product(s) at LEGO® BTS Dynamite Experience Pop-Up in a single receipt entitles to receive an additional chance at the LEGO Claw Machine.

ii. A minimum $65 purchase and above on any regular priced LEGO product(s) at LEGO® BTS Dynamite Experience Pop-Up in a single receipt entitles to receive one (1) 30644 LEGO® Creator Vintage Car^, applicable from 7 to 16 July 2023.

^ LEGO® Creator Vintage Car can be redeemed at the LEGO® BTS Dynamite Experience Pop-Up only.

iii. 21339 LEGO® IDEAS BTS Dynamite Set

Shoppers can receive a 15% discount when they purchase 1 x 21339 LEGO® IDEAS BTS Dynamite Set, and a 25% off with purchase of 2 sets.

2. Only original receipts are accepted for redemption. Receipts cannot be combined.

5. Free LEGO gift is not available for sale, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

This policy governs the collection, use and disclosure of personal data by Momenntum Private Limited (“Momenntum”) in connection with the “LEGO NINJAGO Compass One Atrium Event” (the “Event & Contest”), and explains how we collect and handle personal data of individuals and comply with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore and its regulation(s) (the “PDPA”). In this policy, “personal data” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the PDPA.

You agree and consent to us and our authorised service providers and third parties to collect, use and disclose and/or retain your personal data in the manner set forth in this policy. This policy forms a part of the terms and conditions governing your relationship with us.

We reserve the right to add to or amend this policy from time to time. The date of the last amendment will appear at the end of this policy.

2.1. For the Contest, we may collect your personal data through the following ways:

(a) when you enter a submission for the Contest;

(b) when you interact with any of our employees;

(c) when you respond to our request for additional personal data; and

(d) when you request that we contact you.

3.1. For the Contest, our collection, use, disclosure and/or retention of your personal data will be limited to such purposes that are in connection with the Contest only.

(a) insurance companies in connection with claims;

6.2. Please keep us informed when there are any updates to your personal data by contacting us directly.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

7.1. If you wish to withdraw your consent to any use or disclosure of your personal data as set out in this policy, please contact us directly.

7.2. Please note that if you withdraw your consent to any or all use or disclosure of your personal data, depending on the nature of your request, we may no longer be in a position to continue to provide services to you.
