What to do if LEGO.com can't verify your shipping or billing address

When you’re placing an order online through LEGO.com, we’ll try to verify your shipping and billing address. Follow these steps during checkout if you need to make a correction before finishing your order:
 

  1. First, click ‘Re-enter address’.
  2. Enter your shipping and billing information again.
  3. Make sure all the information is correct and entered in the right fields. Don’t include any extra spaces or dashes in your phone number or zip/postal code.
  4. Click ‘Next’ when everything is correct.

If we found a match for your address this time, click ‘Use Suggested Address’. Otherwise, click ‘Use Un-Verified Address’ to place your order if you’re sure everything is correct.
