Replacement pieces service for retailers

If a customer bought a set from your shop and some pieces were missing or faulty, they can request the bricks they need straight from our replacement pieces service or they can give us a call and order the pieces.

We’ll send the bricks directly to them so they can continue building their model. In case you were wondering, you can check out our delivery times for replacement pieces.

In the rare case that a lot of pieces are missing from a brand new set, please exchange it and report the faulty set to our retailer service.
