Customs, duties and taxes

When you make a purchase on the LEGO® Shop, any applicable customs, duties and taxes are included in the order total you see when you click ‘checkout’. There’s no need to worry about any additional or unexpected charges!

If you’re placing an order for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® or on the behalf an educational organization, you may be eligible for a VAT refund. To receive your refund, you’ll need to submit your receipt and VAT number to the HMRC. For online orders, the VAT number is printed on the invoice we send to your email after shipment. If you made your purchase at a LEGO® Store, you’ll need to contact us to receive the VAT number.
