Eligible countries:
Canada (excluding Quebec), Estonia, France (excluding French Overseas Departments or Territories, and the Principality of Monaco), Greece, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Slovakia, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.

You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee, partner or immediate family member of an employee of the Sponsor, a company in the LEGO Group of companies, Lucasfilm Ltd., The Walt Disney Company or any of their affiliated or related companies or any third-party company or agency directly connected with the creation or administration of this Sweepstake.

You can also enter this Sweepstake without using LEGO® Insiders points by mailing an envelope with entry cards that include your membership account details of full name, full postal address, and LEGO® Insiders account number referencing “Win a signed LEGO® TIE Interceptor™ set (75382) Sweepstake” with sufficient postage to the following address C/O – OST Consumer Services LEGO Insiders 001, LEGO Company Ltd, 33 Bath Rd, Slough SL1 3UF, United Kingdom (“Mailed Entry” and collectively with Online Entry “Entries”). You are permitted to include up to a maximum of fifty (50) Mailed Entry requests per envelope. Mailed entries must be postmarked by 13/05/2024 and received before 27/05/2024. Failure to include sufficient postage may result in disqualification.

Limitation on entry: Fifty (50) Entries per person during the Entry Period. Only the first fifty (50) entries by using LEGO® Insiders points, or by post will be included. All entries beyond the first fifty – whether made by post or by use of points – will be disqualified. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning the prize.

Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the winning entry will be declared to be made by the authorised account holder of the email address used to register the LEGO® Insiders account, and any potential winner may be required to provide sufficient evidence to show that they are the authorised account holder of that email address.

6. Selection of Potential Winners and odds of winning:

“Potential Winner” is deemed to be an eligible participant to this Sweepstake who has been selected to potentially win the prize. However the final determination and confirmation of the prize is dependent on a verification and eligibility check.

The Potential Winners will be selected by using a randomised algorithm. The selection process will take place at LEGO Company Ltd’s office in the United Kingdom for operational purposes on behalf of the Sponsor at approximately 12:00 noon BST on 27/05/2024. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Certification of Potential Winners:

The Potential Winner will be contacted by email through insidersmail@LEGO.com to the Entrant’s email address as of 27/05/2024 and be required to complete and return a Winner’s Certification message by email within ten (10) days from the date of notification. The Winner’s Certification message must consist of (i) a statement of eligibility and prize acceptance; (ii) a publicity release (except where prohibited by law); and (iii) any additional information as required by local applicable law. Upon receipt of the fully executed Winner’s Certification message, and following confirmation by the judges, the Potential Winner will be certified as the winner (“Winner(s)”).

If the Potential Winner cannot be contacted, has not claimed their Prize within ten (10) days from notification, or fails to properly return the required Winner’s Certification message, a new Potential Winner will be selected at random from all remaining valid Entries received before the end of the Entry Period, in accordance with the selection procedure above.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR PRIZE DRAWS IN CANADA: in accordance with Canadian law, each Potential Winner of a prize draw held in Canada will need to answer a skill-testing question correctly in order to be awarded a prize. The skill-testing question will be a mathematical problem of a difficulty appropriate to the age of the Potential Winner.

ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.

Total value: The approximate retail value of the Prize is two hundred and twenty-nine euros (€229), two hundred and thirty-nine Swiss Francs (CHF 239), two thousand, six hundred and ninety-nine Swedish Krona (SEK 2699), one hundred and ninety-nine Great British Pounds (£199), two hundred and ninety-nine Canadian Dollars (Can$299) and two hundred and twenty-nine United States Dollars ($229). The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. The Prize is subject to availability and the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of approximately equal or greater value. One (1) Prize will be awarded worldwide. If the Winner cannot comply with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternative winner will be chosen. Any unclaimed Prize will be forfeited and will remain the property of the Sponsor.
