Legendary Jedi master Yoda is one with the Force

With his wise sayings and peaceful nature, Yoda is one of the Star Wars™ saga’s best-loved characters. And aged 900, he’s also one of the oldest! Small but powerful, Yoda has trained Jedi for over 800 years. Yoda first appeared in Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back where he trains Luke Skywalker. In the prequel trilogy, we see a younger Yoda sitting as a Grand Master on the Jedi Council, where he helps decide the fate of Anakin Skywalker.

With his sharp instincts, Yoda is always able to spot fear and anger within his apprentices, often predicting who may be led to the dark side.

Despite his calm nature, Yoda is no stranger to battle as seen in dramatic Lightsaber duels against Count Dooku in Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones and Darth Sidious in Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith.
