The WeDo 2.0 SmartHub isn't turning on

Add batteries to your SmartHub 

To work properly, your SmartHub needs two AA batteries. It’s important that the batteries are the same brand and inserted correctly.

If you’ve put the batteries in your SmartHub, but it still isn’t turning on, please get in touch with us! You can let us know you’ve gone through the online troubleshooting and your SmartHub still isn’t working. We’ll be able to help you from there!
