How do I recover my LEGO® Ideas username or password?

As long as you still have access to the email address you used to sign up, you can recover your username or password. Before trying to recover it, just make sure you’re trying to log in with your account username and not your LEGO® Ideas nickname, and with the LEGO username that’s connected to your LEGO Ideas profile.

On the account login page, choose ‘Forgot username?’ or ‘Forgot password?’ and follow the instructions.

If you’ve tried these steps and still can't recover your username or password, please don’t set up a new account as we only allow one LEGO Ideas profile per person. Just get in touch with us and we’ll be glad to help out.
